Terms of Sale/Orders:
All sales are final. Every item is made to order in studio and will be hand-crafted and normally shipped within 1-2 weeks from placing your order. However some pieces may require more time to be made due to their complexity or due to extra time to source materials. If an item will require more time to be made you will be notified. Once your item is ready to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All the payments are in GBP including all relevant taxes.
Delivery cost will be added to the total amount. 
We only accept payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Customers outside of the United Kingdom will also be billed in GBP.
 We must receive the entire payment for the products you have ordered before your order can be processed.
You will receive an order confirmation email to your account email address once payment has been received.
All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Your bank or credit card issuer may require further verification or authorisation for the transaction. You must ensure that the credit/debit card used is yours, or you have full permission of the person who’s card it is.
We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order due to payment delays.
We have the right to change the price of the items without advanced notice. However this will not affect the price you have purchased the piece for at the time.
If you change your mind about your item, you can cancel your order within 24hrs unless the item has already shipped (as a priority order for example) in which case it will be subject to our returns policy. Please inform us about your cancellation via email at
The shipping cost are NOT included in the price of the item.
It will be added to the total amount at the checkout.
We normally use ParcelForce for the UK orders, DHL for EU, and DHL for WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Once your item is ready and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your item is to be delivered outside of UK or Europe it may be a subject to local customs duties and import taxes which we cannot take responsibility for and have to be paid by the customer.
All the sales are final. Every piece is made to order, so and such we won't be able to offer exchange or refund unless your item has fabrication fault or if a custom made piece doesn't fit. If there is something wrong with your piece please email us immediately to let us know at and arrange to return the item/s within 14 days of delivery - unused, complete with tags and in original packaging. When we receive it, your piece will be inspected and once approved we will offer you an exchange or refund. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items and won’t be able to offer reimbursement without the proof of delivery receipt. We recommend you to use recorded, tracked and insured delivery.
We offer bespoke service upon request. If you are interested in having a bespoke piece made please contact us directly at for information and pricing.
We offer a 1 year free repair warranty. If your item gets damaged after 1 year we are happy to provide a repair service for a small charge. Please write us an email with a short description of what needs to be repaired, so we can give you estimated cost of repair. Shipping costs will be added to the repair bill.
Some of our products are not for minors, you are required to be 18+ to use our products, this site and to purchase items from it.
Each items comes wrapped and in its own protective velvet carrying pouch to keep your item intact.
